12 inch bamboo skewers at 5 mm, cut, sized and polished on our own line in India for mixed grills, corn on the cob and barbecue nights. Held to ±0.1 mm on section and kiln dried under 12% moisture, with no bleach, wax or coating. Ordered most often by restaurants and retail BBQ buyers.

The right fit

Soak before grilling

Submerge the sticks in plain water for 30 minutes before they go over charcoal or an open flame. Wet bamboo chars far more slowly and will not splinter while you thread the food.

Load evenly

Thread pieces of a similar size with a small gap between them so heat reaches every side, and keep the food covering as much of the stick as possible.

Do I need to soak Bamboo Skewer — 12 inch, 5 mm · 1 kg bulk before grilling?

Yes for charcoal, open flame or any cook longer than about ten minutes — 30 minutes in plain water is enough. For a quick oven or air-fryer cook where food covers the stick, soaking is optional.

Are these sticks food safe?

Yes. They are untreated bamboo — kiln dried below 12% moisture and mechanically polished, with no bleach, wax, dye or coating that could migrate into food.

How should I store the pack?

Reseal after opening and keep it in a dry cupboard away from steam and direct sunlight. Bamboo is a natural material and takes up moisture in a damp kitchen.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Courier is charged by parcel weight and distance, from ₹47 for a light pack travelling within Bengaluru to ₹385 for a 5 kg consignment across India. The exact figure is shown in the cart before you pay. Paid orders are packed and handed to the courier from our Bengaluru unit within one to two working days. Carton quantities take three to five. Delivery is pan-India. Metro addresses typically receive in two to four days after dispatch, the rest of India in three to seven.
