How does GreenLife Bamboo quote a wholesale or export order?
Send the size, diameter, pack format and monthly volume, and we return a priced quote within one working day. Domestic wholesale starts at 10–20 cartons and is billed with a GST invoice against HSN 1401 for skewers, kulfi, lollipop and ear-bud sticks and HSN 4602 for paddle and flag sticks. Export is quoted per 20 ft or 40 ft container, FOB Chennai or CIF to your port, with the commercial invoice, packing list and fumigation paperwork arranged per shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Domestic wholesale begins at 10–20 cartons per size, depending on the product. A carton of 6 inch 3.0 mm skewers, for example, holds a far higher piece count than a carton of 12 inch 4.0 mm skewers, so we quote both the carton price and the price per thousand pieces so you can compare properly.
Do you export, and which incoterms do you work on?
Yes. We ship container consignments on FOB and CIF terms. FOB is quoted ex Chennai or Bengaluru ICD; CIF includes ocean freight and insurance to your named port. Each shipment travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, and the fumigation or phytosanitary certificate the destination requires.
Can you print our brand on the packaging?
Yes. Private and white label packing is available on polybags, printed sleeves and master cartons with a low minimum first run, so a brand can test one size before committing to a full container. Send artwork as a PDF or AI file and we return a dieline proof before printing.
What are the payment terms?
Domestic trade orders are confirmed with an advance and the balance before dispatch; we can send a secure Cashfree payment link with the quote. Export orders are normally on an advance plus balance against the bill of lading copy, or on an irrevocable LC at sight for repeat container buyers.
How long is a quoted price valid?
Fifteen days from the quote date. Bamboo culm cost and freight move seasonally, so beyond that window we re-confirm the price rather than let an old figure stand.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. We courier a sample pack of the sizes you shortlist so you can check diameter, finish and head sharpening against your own use. Sample courier cost is adjusted against the first commercial order.
Which sizes do you hold in ready stock?
Fast-moving skewer sizes — 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch at 2.5 to 4.0 mm — plus standard kulfi, lollipop and stirrer sizes are usually available from stock. Non-standard lengths, thicker gauges and printed packs are made to order with a 10–15 day lead time.
How are the goods packed for transit?
Sticks are bundled or polybagged by count, packed into five-ply master cartons, strapped and palletised for container loading. Each carton is labelled with the SKU, size, piece count, gross weight and batch, which is what your inward stores team scans on receipt.
