GreenLife Bamboo manufactures round bamboo skewers from 2.5 mm to 6.0 mm diameter and 75 mm to 450 mm length, kiln dried to under 12% moisture and polished to a splinter-free finish. Standard export packing is 200 pieces per inner pack. Minimum order quantity is one carton of 100 inner packs.

Do bamboo skewers burn on a grill?
Soak them in water for 20 minutes before grilling. Our skewers are kiln dried below 12% moisture, so they absorb water evenly and resist charring at the exposed ends.
What diameter suits heavy meat?
Use 4.0 mm or 5.0 mm for chicken, paneer and lamb. 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm are intended for fruit, canapés and light vegetables.
Are the skewers food safe?
Yes. They are made from single-species Moso and Tonkin bamboo with no bleach, no wax and no chemical coating, and are polished mechanically rather than chemically.
