Ordering & payment
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order ships with a GST tax invoice showing the HSN code for each item. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you want to claim input credit — it cannot be added once the invoice is raised.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway. Trade buyers can be invoiced on terms agreed in writing.
Is there a minimum order for retail?
No. You can buy a single pack. Volume pricing starts automatically at 5 packs of a SKU and again at a full carton.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, any time before dispatch. Email us with your order number and we cancel and refund in full.
Shipping & tracking
What does delivery cost?
Flat ₹99 across India and free above ₹2,500. Where a live courier rate is available for your PIN code, the exact charge is shown at checkout.
How soon is my order dispatched?
Retail orders leave within 1–2 working days of payment. Cartons and trade consignments usually leave within 3–5 working days.
How do I track my parcel?
You get an email with the courier and AWB number at dispatch, and you can follow the shipment from the Track an order page or your account.
Product & specification
Are the sticks bleached, waxed or coated?
No. Culms are split, shaped and kiln dried to under 12% moisture, then polished mechanically. Nothing is bleached, waxed or coated.
What sizes are available?
Skewers, kulfi and lollipop sticks, stirrers, chopsticks and ear buds are made in several standard lengths and diameters. Each product page lists the sizes in that range, and any size can be quoted for bulk.
How tight are your tolerances?
We hold ±0.1 mm on diameter across production, which is the same gauge we ship on container orders.
Is bamboo safe for food contact?
Yes. The sticks are untreated, kiln dried and polished, and are made for single-use food service such as grilling, kulfi, lollipops and beverage stirring.
How should I store them?
Keep packs sealed, indoors and away from damp. Bamboo is hygroscopic — stored dry, the moisture content and straightness stay stable.
Bulk, export & private label
Do you supply wholesale and export?
Yes. Wholesale starts at 10–20 cartons and export is quoted per container against your Incoterm and destination. Send the sizes and volumes through a trade enquiry and we price it.
Can you print our brand on the packs?
Yes. We do private-label printing on packs, sleeves and paddle heads. Share your artwork with the enquiry and we confirm plate and minimum-quantity requirements.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Buy the retail pack of the size you need, or request a sample set with your trade enquiry.
