Privacy Policy

• Contact and delivery details you enter: name, email, mobile number, address and PIN code.
• GSTIN and company name, when you supply them for a tax invoice or trade enquiry.
• Order, invoice, dispatch and support history linked to your account.
• Account sign-in identifiers, including a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working.

To process and deliver your order, raise the GST invoice, hand over the shipment to the courier, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — send offers and product news.

Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on our payment gateway partner’s secure page. We never see or store them; we receive only a payment reference and status.

Only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment gateway, our logistics partner (for the delivery address and phone number), our email provider, and our accountants or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We email offers only to people who opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also switch offers off from the “Your details” card in your account. Order, payment, invoice and dispatch emails are transactional and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law. Account and marketing data is kept until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep. Write to sales@greenlifebamboo.in.

We use only what the site needs to function: your cart, your sign-in session and your display preferences. These are not used for cross-site advertising.
